All of our products are custom-made to order using photos and specifications you provide. Because each item is personalized, please review your order details carefully before submitting. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at the time of order via Stripe. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Production takes 3–5 business days. We will notify you by email once your order has shipped with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it for personal use. You grant Engraved in 3D a limited license to use your photo solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never use your photos for marketing or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engraved in 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or placing a new order after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
