Our Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the full policy below before submitting a return request.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Eligible for a Return or Refund

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase — contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Your crystal arrived damaged or broken during shipping
  • The engraving contains an error made on our part (wrong image, wrong text)
  • The product you received does not match the item you ordered
  • Your order never arrived and tracking shows it was lost

Not Eligible for a Return

  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
  • Customer-provided photos that are low resolution, blurry, or dark — we will always notify you before engraving if we have concerns
  • Customer-submitted text that contains spelling errors
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exception: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, or engraving mistake), we will cover the full return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@engravedin3d.com with: • Your order number • Reason for the return • Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims) We respond within 1–2 business days and will send return instructions once approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement.
